Can anyone help me find the correct image?

I am a sometimes role-player (writing as someone else), sometimes lone author in search of photographs with a Victorian feel to them.I am trying to get a sense on how to describe my own character (whom is a wealthy, french woman with blonde hair) and would love some help in accomplishing this. Names of actresses, links, DeviantArt photographers are all widely welcome in hopes to inspire my writing some. Thank you.
