Whats the name of this movie set in Victorian times about a girl who gets bullied?

story of 2 girls, one gets bullied by the other when they were young (i think the bully is called maggy) and then when they are older, they meet at some food place where they both work but the bully forces the other one out. Then they meet again at a matchstick factory. The bully eventually dies when shes older because she has no job but the other one lives a successful life as she marries.......its about karma and stuff like that.....please help! i cant find it anywhereee! thanks
