How can I re-train a bad dog?

I have a 3 year old west highland terrier and a 2 year old victorian bulldog and they are starting to destroy my house. We shut them out of the bedroom at night and sometimes they're fine and others they pee and poop all over the floor. The terrier gets up on the kitchen table and chews apart anything she can reach. She tears apart the trash, mail, boxes, etc. I'm so exhausted and sick of having to clean something up every night that I am at my wits end. I'm so frustrated with her right now I don't even want to look at her. I feel like when she acts out, she is punishing me and I just don't know what else to do but get rid of her. Please help
