How often did victorian women bath and what did they use for period pads?

Hi, I'm just curious about these questions which you can't really ask your history teacher but how often did Victorian men and women bath (mainly upper and middle class I'm wondering) and what did women use for pads during their periods and what did they do for toilet paper. Any ideas? I'll be very grateful
