NEED HELP FINDING CERTAIN KIND OF SHOE!?

Last year, I bought boots from Forever 21. They were Victorian in style and they were flat, no heel. I've been browsing forever21.com furiously, but they don't seem to have them online. My question: do you know of any stores that sell these sorts of shoes, with NO heel and in the Victorian style? I'd prefer online stores. Thanks!
