Old Victorian names for pirate characters?

I'm going to guess you're thinking of a Privateer and not actual piracy, which is a war-like act committed by private parties not affiliated with any government at sea. The Victorian period would be a tad late in the game, though with your girl the daughter of a blacksmith I'm guessing your aim is very early in the period. Mary, Marie, and Elizabeth seem to be popular names for female pirates in both history and fiction, so you'd want to avoid those for your girl. Perhaps search for a list of popular names for the period? Or do you want us to throw out random names? In that case, I'll go with Birdie and Ollie.
