What is this...extremely achey and tired...read on...?

Recently i have been having a really dull ache in the lower part of my back, it starts from the kidney area downwards. I have also been having pulling, griping pains in my stomach....sometimes its not pain...it feels tingly. I have become increasingly fatigued and have no energy to even walk...making me walk extremely slow, i also have a dull ache in my shoulders spreading round to underneath my armpits..and i'm feeling the need to urinate a lot more than i used to :/
